Fly Dubai  has announced that it will transfer its operations in Kiev to Boryspil International Airport from October 28, 2018. It will also operate from 2 October twice daily flights to Dubai and Kiev.

Fly Dubai launched regular flights to Ukraine in 2013 and now offers 17 weekly flights from Kiev and Odessa to Dubai. Travelers from Ukraine to Dubai enjoy several benefits, the most important of which is the granting of a visa on arrival, a free visa valid for 30 days.

The partnership agreement with Emirates provides passengers from Ukraine with an unparalleled opportunity to travel through Dubai, a world-class aviation hub.

Jihon Efendi, Vice President of Commercial Operations at Fly Dubai, welcomed the launch of two daily flights from Boryspil International Airport, offering a unique travel experience and better connecting flights across Dubai to some of the most popular and leisure destinations.

“Our passengers from Kiev are one of the first passengers to enjoy the experience of flying with the Boeing 737 Max 8, which offers full-class business class seats, as well as the spacious economy class with its new seats from Recaro.

The Max 8 offers more comfort and privacy for travelers, including a full-bed seat, movies and entertainment options. Economy class passengers have a variety of services, including selection of meals and pre-order of films within an entertainment system providing content in Arabic and English, as well as Russian.

The Max 8 seats also offer more space and comfort for travelers such as headrest adjustment. Flydubai flights will be part of the partnership agreement with Emirates Airline announced in July 2017.

For Emirates Partner bookings, Emirates passengers can receive free meals and baggage allowance within Emirates’ business and business class. As part of this agreement, travelers from Ukraine will have the opportunity to travel via Dubai to hundreds of destinations around the world.

Flydubai operates more than 1,700 flights a week to more than 90 destinations in 48 countries around the world, including destinations for Ukrainian travelers such as Dubai, Colombo in Sri Lanka, Kathmandu in Nepal and Zanzibar in Tanzania.
