Accor Hotels has announced the completion of the acquisition of Movenpick Hotels and Resorts. Accor will acquire a 100% stake in Mövenpick Group and the Mövenpick brand in the hospitality industry. .

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts consists of 84 properties with 20,000 hotel rooms and 42 hotels under construction to be opened before December 2021, enhancing Accor Hotels’ presence in Europe and Asia and supporting the Group’s growth in Africa and the Middle East region.
